We facilitate the return of a portion of trading fees to users who register through our referral links. Cashback rates may vary by exchange and are subject to change without notice.

To receive cashback, you must: • Create an account on BOOMBACK • Register on partner exchanges using our referral links • Link your exchange account by providing your User ID (UID) • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Cashback is calculated based on your actual trading fees on partner exchanges. Key terms include: • Cashback rates are determined by our agreements with each exchange • Cashback is calculated after each trading period and credited to your account • Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply • Cashback is only available for accounts created through our referral links • For existing exchange accounts, cashback may be available depending on exchange-specific conditions (see UID linking page for details)

You agree not to: • Create multiple accounts to abuse the cashback system • Engage in wash trading or other manipulative trading practices • Use automated systems or bots to artificially inflate trading volume • Provide false or misleading information • Violate any applicable laws or exchange terms of service • Attempt to circumvent our security measures

BOOMBACK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Accuracy of cashback calculations • Availability of any specific exchange or cashback rate • That the Service will meet your specific requirements Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. We are not responsible for any trading losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOOMBACK and its operators shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruptions or delays in cashback payments • Actions of third-party exchanges • Any damages exceeding the amount of cashback earned through our Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Suspicious or fraudulent activity • Requests from law enforcement • Any other reason at our sole discretion Upon termination, any pending cashback may be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
